Let drivers reserve a space before they leave home.

Drivers book ahead and pay your normal rate. Walk-ups still park as usual.

Up to 4 days ahead · Free to cancel until it starts · Charged when it starts

How it works

One setting, then drivers book ahead.

Where it earns its place

Which lots should take reservations?

A parking reservation is a driver paying ahead for a set block of time at one lot, so they know they will get in. It earns its place wherever drivers worry about finding a space before they set off.

Lots near venues.

Game nights and concerts fill up. Drivers who booked at noon don't circle at 7.

Garages downtown.

Visitors with a meeting or a dinner booking want the parking settled too.

Lots that sell out.

When you're full by 9, a reservation is the only way some drivers get in. You get paid before they arrive.

Probably not you if you always have space. Drivers will just pull in and pay.

Questions

The ones operators actually ask.

Yes. Turn reservations on for a location and set how many spaces you'll sell ahead. Drivers then pick a start and end time from your location page or their AI assistant, see the total, and book with a card.

Up to four days. The card is held at booking and charged when the block starts, and four days is the longest every card network keeps that hold open, so one rule works for every driver.

The card is held when they book and charged when the reserved block starts, whether or not they have arrived. A reservation for 7 PM is paid at 7 PM, and the money reaches you like any other session.

Yes, for free until the block starts: the hold on their card is released and nothing is charged. Once the block has started it can no longer be cancelled or refunded by the driver.

No. Reservable spaces is a cap on how many overlapping reservations you sell, not a stall held empty. QR, camera and valet sessions and passes keep working as before. Set it to a number you can always honor.

On your normal rates for the reserved block, including any time-of-day or event pricing you've set, plus the driver's 10% convenience fee. There are no separate reservation rates to manage.

You choose an early-arrival window, 15 minutes by default and up to an hour, when the reservation already lets them in. Arriving any time inside the block works too, and the session ends when the block does. If they never arrive, the charge stands.

No. A driver checks in by scanning your QR sign or from their booking. With cameras the plate checks them in at the entrance. Either way, a paid reservation covers the plate if someone checks for unpaid cars.

Cancel it from the dashboard. Before the block starts the hold is released; after, the driver is refunded everything except the convenience fee and told why. If you lower your reservable spaces below what's already booked, the dashboard lists the reservations in the way so you know which to cancel.

Yes. A driver who has connected an assistant such as Grok can ask it to reserve a spot, list their reservations, check in or cancel. The rules are the same as booking it themselves.
