List your parking where drivers search.

Drivers find your lot everywhere they look: on a dedicated public page, in the map apps they navigate with, and in AI assistant answers when they ask where to park.

Included at $0 per month · Nothing to write or host

Where drivers search

Listed in the apps drivers already have open.

Almost nobody looks for parking on a parking company's website. They open a map. Your lot is published where that search lands, with the rate and the hours already on it.

Your pages

A page for your business, and one for every lot.

You don't write them, host them or update them. Add a location and its page is generated, carrying your name, with the rate and the hours read straight off the property. Change a rate on Tuesday and the page changes on Tuesday.

Questions

The ones operators actually ask.

Three ways, and OpenSpot covers all three. They search a map app for parking near where they are going, which is why every location is listed on Google Maps, Apple Maps and Waze. They search the web, which is why every lot gets its own public page built to be indexed. Or they ask an assistant like ChatGPT where to park, which is why those pages are written and marked up so an assistant can read the address, the hours and the rate and quote them back.

No. You get one automatically. Adding a location creates a public page for it with the address, a map, the hours, the current rate and any passes you sell, plus a page for your business that lists every lot you run. You don't write, host or maintain any of it, and it updates itself when you change a rate.

Yes, and plenty of operators do. The pages carry your business name, so you can put the link on a sign, in an email signature, on a flyer or on a Google listing and it is a real page about your parking rather than a form on someone else's site.

The name and address, a map with the entrance pinned, whether it's open now, what it costs per hour and per day, any passes available, and how to pay. A driver can read the price before they arrive, which is the part that turns a listing into a session.

Your page is public, crawlable and structured. The address, opening hours and rates are marked up as data rather than left as text in a picture, and assistant crawlers are allowed in explicitly. When someone asks an assistant where to park near an address you're close to, your lot is information it can actually find and cite.

No. Listings and pages are part of the platform at $0 per month, like everything else. Our 10% is added on top of your rate at checkout and paid by the driver, so a session that arrives this way pays you exactly what a session off a QR sign does.

Keep it. Yours stays yours, and the point is that the parking details and a way to pay are attached to it rather than a phone number nobody answers. Put your page link on the listing and a driver goes from finding you to paying you without a phone call.

Listings and indexing are not instant. The page is live as soon as the location is, map listings take days to a couple of weeks to appear, and search and assistant visibility builds from there. It is the slowest thing on this site and the only one that keeps compounding without you doing anything.
