What you get here

Everything you need to run a lot with no power and no gate.

No lanes, nothing to bolt anything to, and no cable to pull. None of it is required.

A printed code is the whole install.

One code at each entrance, one on the fence. Drivers scan where they parked, enter a plate and pay by card or wallet. Nothing needs power.

Questions

The ones operators actually ask.

A surface parking lot is an open, at-grade area for parking with no structure above or below it. Unlike a garage it has no lanes, no booth and usually no power, which is why most surface lots have historically been run with a cash box, an honesty envelope, or nothing at all.

Add the lot in your dashboard, set what you want to receive by the hour or by the day, and generate a QR code. Print it, mount it at the entrance, and the lot can take its first payment the same afternoon. Weatherproof signs follow in the post. No equipment, no power, no contract.

On a QR-only lot, nothing automatic. That's what enforcement adds. Check a plate by hand from the web app, or add cameras that read every plate on entry. Plenty of small lots run on QR alone and add enforcement once the leakage costs more than the cameras.

No. Drivers pay for the lot rather than a numbered bay, unless you want it the other way round.

The printed code is a stopgap for the first day. The signs we send are weatherproof, and with no electronics in them there's nothing to fail in a freeze.

Yes. Set a standard rate, a weekend rate and a one-day override for a specific date, all from your phone. The override reverts on its own.

A code on a sign, and the lot starts paying.

Nothing installed, nothing signed, and nothing to undo if it doesn't work.
