Once the lot is running, everything else attaches to it: Passes for your regulars, Validations for nearby businesses, Time-based rates, Plate recognition, Enforcement and Valet

Features

One platform. Every part of running a parking operation, covered.

QR payments, passes, validations, plate recognition, enforcement and valet. From first scan to full enforcement, everything runs on one platform you control, with no middleman between you and your revenue.

Running the operation

Both sides of the same session.

The console you run the lot from, and the page a driver lands on when they pay. These are the real screens with sample data: switch sides and click through them.

Driver discoverability

Get your parking lots found where drivers already search.

Drivers find your lot everywhere they look: on a dedicated public page, in the map apps they navigate with, and in AI assistant answers when they ask where to park.

How drivers find you
Questions

The ones operators actually ask.

There isn't one, but there is a mechanic. Our 10% is added on top of your rate at checkout and paid by the driver. It isn't taken out of your revenue, so you keep 100% of what you set. Standard card processing fees still apply, the same as they would anywhere.

No. They see one price for parking, the same way they would anywhere else. There is no separate line item and nothing added at the last step, which is the part drivers usually object to.

That's how most operators start, including ones running a dozen sites. Put a QR sign on a single lot, watch what happens for a couple of weeks, and add the others when you're satisfied. Nothing is installed and nothing is signed, so there's nothing to unwind if you change your mind.

That's the case this is built for. There is no minimum lot size, no monthly fee and no contract, so eight spaces cost you nothing to run. Print a code, put it up, and if nobody ever pays you are out the price of a sheet of paper.

Monthly, to your bank account, itemized by location. Nothing to invoice and nothing to chase.

Yes. Create a discount code for any amount, including the whole session, and print it as a scannable code. Their customer scans it and it applies to the session they have already started.

Most operators switch over a weekend. You set your rates, we send the signage, and the old signs come down when the new ones go up.

The same way it works on a single park. On a $250 pass the driver pays $275, and you receive the $250 you set. If you want them to see a round $250, set the pass at $227.

Your lot gets a page built so search engines can read it properly, submitted for indexing, with your prices and hours in a form they understand. Nobody can promise you a particular position in the results, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What we can tell you is that your lot has an accurate page to be found at all, which is more than most small lots have.
